Orders generally ship in 1 to 2 days.  Shipments are Monday – Friday (excluding holiday time off).  The later an order is placed makes it more difficult to ship same day.

Pallet quantities may take a couple of days longer to ship depending upon the order(s).

Over-the-road time will vary depending upon the shipping service requested by the customer.  Standard ground shipments via UPS and FedEx within the continental US is generally 1 to 5 working days depending upon location.  Standard ground shipments via truck within the continental US is generally 1 to 7 working days depending upon location.

Back Orders
If a back order condition arises, RJi will ship the part of your order that is currently available from inventory. When the balance of your order is available from inventory, we will ship you the rest of your order.  If the full amount of shipping charges were already charged, you will not be charged any additional shipping and/or handling for a subsequent shipment.

Ship to Locations
RJi ships to physical addresses in the US, Canada, Mexico, South America, Caribbean, Pacific, and other offshore locations.

Carriers Types
We use the following standard freight carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS for Worldwide shipments
FedEx for Worldwide shipments
Trucking Companies for lower continental 48 state US shipments
Local Delivery Companies
USPS for certain orders shipping to Foreign Countries or Pacific Islands only (an extra charge may be applied due to additionally required forms, and/or handling)

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are added as a separate item for each purchase.  Shipping charges originate from Placentia, CA 92870. 

Shipping charges may also include a small handling fee where necessary.  Shipping charges are also dependent upon the type of shipping service our customer may require (ex: UPS ground vs UPS Next Day Air).

The rate charged for shipping your order is based upon the weight of your product(s), your location, and shipping service desired (ex: UPS ground vs UPS Next Day Air). Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to.

RJi will shop for the best rate quotation available to us for pallet quantities.  However, large orders should be quoted and/or placed via phone, fax, or email as follows; Phone- 1-800-761-8283, Fax- 1-714-528-3960, Email- sales@nullrossijackson.com.

Shipping Claims
Product ownership is passed to purchaser upon transfer of the Bill-of-Lading, or pick-up document to the transportation carrier. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check for order discrepancies and on the condition of the order at the time the product delivery is accepted.

All discrepancies must be noted by the customer on the Bill-of-Lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery.  RJi will not make adjustments without delivery receipt verification.

Credits And Returns
Product returns require authorization prior to the product being returned.  All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of each carton or pallet returned.  To obtain an RMA number contact 1-800-761-8283 and reference your invoice and/or packing slip number along with the details surrounding the return.  All returns are subject to a case by case evaluation and all or some of the following may apply:

a.     Product shipped with material or manufacturing defects will always be replaced free of charge by RJi.

b.     Product shipped in error by RJi will be replaced.  When RJi receives the original incorrect product in returned, a full credit will be applied.

c.     No returns will be allowed for custom orders or orders of other non-inventoried product unless there is a material or manufacturing defect.

d.     A return may be allowed if the customer ordered the wrong product and arranges the return to RJi within 30 days of receiving the original order.  A 20% restocking fee will apply and additional shipping charges may also apply.  Credit will be denied if the return is not received by RJi in the original packaging and in the same condition as when sold. 

e.     No return will be allowed for any product beyond 180 days from the original invoice date.

f.      If a return request is denied, the customer’s product will be shipped back to the customer and no credit will be issued.
